“The Picts were a Celtic original people who came from Illyria and Thrace to Scotland, Ireland, Wales and England. The Illyrians and Thracians practiced the same customs as the Celtic Picts of the British Isles. The polyphonic sounds of Scotland, the skirts and the bagpipe are Thrako-Illyric elements. These elements brought with them the aborigines of the British Isles, which included the Illyrians and Thracians. The Gaellic Scots call their Land eben today Albania”
